Start building muscle at breakfast, when you snack or when you crave dessert with these High Protein Pumpkin Spice Pancakes. Each of these pancakes has a whopping 22g of protein and only 109 calories! They’re made with whey isolate protein powder which is highly bioavailable, meaning your body can easily and effectively use the nutrients when you eat it.

After the age of 30 we stop building muscle from our hormones. So we must eat enough protein in a sitting to trigger muscle growth. How much is enough?

30g of high quality (aka animal-sourced) protein.

Why do we care about building muscle when it comes to fat loss? Because long-term fat loss means eating in a way to support overall health and a high quality life.

Healthy muscle mass…

  • Boosts your metabolism

  • Protects your bones and keeps you independent as you age

  • Acts as a sink for glucose, supporting balanced blood sugar

  • Protects you from metabolic disease including Type 2 diabetes

  • And more
