These crave-worthy tacos take very little effort and are sooo tasty!

These tacos are high in protein, rich in nutrients that support our brain, skin, heart, hormonal & immune health, easy to make & very flexible (if you’re missing an ingredient or 4, they’ll still taste great!). And they are sooooo tasty.

Upgrade this dish by using pasture-raised pork which has positive impacts for our body, environment and the life of the pigs. Pasture-raised pork can have up to 3 times the amount of vitamin D, 2 times the amount of vitamin E & higher selenium as pigs raised in confinement.

Directions

  1. Heat a large pan on med-high heat. Once warm, add the olive oil, pork, onion, peppers & garlic. Mix until well combined & the meat is broken up. Fry until the meat is browned then add the salt & spices.

  2. Continue frying until the meat is started to become golden & crispy then add in the sage, tomatoes & water. Cook on med-low until most of the liquid has evaporated.

  3. While the pork cooks, prep your toppings. See Notes for ideas & ways to serve!
