Rosemary & Grapefruit Cocktail and Mocktail
8 ingredients · 5 minutes ·1 servings
Directions
First, juice a grapefruit and a lemon. If you’re planning to make more than one drink, juice extra.
Add the rosemary and 1 ounce of the grapefruit juice to a cocktail shaker. Muddle the rosemary 3-5 times to release the juices.
Half-fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Then add the vodka (if using), rest of the grapefruit juice, lemon juice & stevia. Put on the lid and shake until the mixture is thoroughly chilled, about 20 seconds.
Strain evenly between two old-fashioned glasses that are full of ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Serve immediately.

Notes
Having company? - Double to quadruple the recipe.
No stevia? - Swap for honey or maple syrup to taste.
