How to Freeze Cherry Tomatoes

1 ingredient · 5 minutes

Did you know that cherry tomatoes are rich in fiber and antioxidants? And if you’re over the age of 35 and want to manage your weight, have energy and feel your best, this MATTERS. Because as your hormones start to decline it increases the oxidative stress in your body and you become more inflamed. This leads to symptoms like fatigue, hot flashes, brain fog, headaches, joint pain and more.

Get more fiber and antioxidants into your diet by eating local and in season. And freezing foods when they’re at the peak of ripeness is an easy hack to get in more nutrition for less money all year long. So when tomato season rolls around, I freeze those antioxidant- and fiber-rich cherry tomatoes.
