This Pumpkin Custard will satisfy your fall sweet cravings & it’s sugar-free & low-carb!

Directions
Add milk & gelatin to a pot over low-medium heat & combine well.
Add the rest of the ingredients & stir until well mixed.
Pour into ramekins or 1 large container & chill until solid.
Top with whipped cream & enjoy!
Ingredients
400ml can full fat coconut milk
1 tbsp gelatin
15oz can pumpkin puree
¾ tsp stevia
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ginger
¼ tsp cloves
¼ tsp sea salt
Notes
How to Serve - Serve as-is or top with either regular or coconut whipped cream & sprinkle with toasted walnuts, pecans or almonds and a dusting of cinnamon.
