Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Bowl

6 ingredients · 5 minutes· 1 serving

There’s something about the cooler fall days that make me want the warm & comforting flavours of ginger, cinnamon & cloves. And this Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Bowl is an easy & tasty way to satiate your hunger & that hankering for pumpkin spice this fall.

By snacking on food that is rich in protein & fiber, it helps to keep our blood sugar stable which is EVERYTHING  when it comes to long-term weight loss, our energy, mental clarity & focus, our sleep & our health in general.

Directions

  1. Add the yogurt to a bowl, followed by the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Mix well, taste & adjust seasonings. Add any toppings & dive in!

  • pinch cloves

  • 1 cup plain yogurt, dairy or non-dairy

  • ¼ cup canned pumpkin *NOT pie filling

Notes

Toppings - Cacao nibs, toasted coconut, chopped walnuts, almonds or pecans, toasted pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, ground flaxseed - anything goes!

Protein Powder - A few of my favourite brands are Schinoussa Whey Isolate, ATP Labs Supreme Beef Protein & Designs for Health Paleo Protein.

Can’t do dairy? - Swap the dairy yogurt for coconut milk yogurt & the whey isolate for beef protein powder. My go-to for dairy-free yogurt is Riviera Coconut Milk Yogurt.
