One Minute Dressing

4 ingredients · 1 minute· 2 servings

I bet you’ll stop buying store-bought salad dressing if you try this out! Most dressings on the market contain inflammatory oils that are linked to obesity, gut issues, anxiety, depression & diabetes amongst other issues. And the ones that contain healthy fats like olive & avocado oil, are very expensive. For these reasons (and because I think it tastes better); I make my own dressing. This is my go-to because it’s sooooo easy to make & super adaptable!

One Minute Dressing works beautifully with any greens!

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl & whisk until emulsified.

  2. Toss with any greens. Enjoy!
