Grilled Broccolini

4 ingredients · 10 minutes· 4-6 servings

This grilled broccolini is so easy I’m not sure it qualifies as an actual recipe! It takes 5 minutes of hands-on time, 5 minutes to grill and it’s the perfectly charred and tasty side to pretty much any dish! Even better? It’s a hormone-balancing superstar cruciferous vegetable!

I challenge my clients to eat cruciferous vegetables regularly because this easy action can help to balance your hormones, improve your energy and mood, and help you to lose weight and more.

Cruciferous veggies…

  • Contain sulforaphane which improves your detoxification pathways.

  • Boost production of glutathione, your main detoxifier that protects your cells.

  • Help to block damage from environmental toxins.

  • Support a satisfying daily poop!

  • Satiate you by adding volume and fiber to your plate with very few calories.
