Ingredients
1 1/3 cups oat flour
1/3 cup coconut flour
2 2/3 cups vanilla protein powder (Schinoussa Whey Isolate used)
1/2 cup sunflower seed butter (unsweetened SunButter used)
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract (to taste, optional)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp stevia powder (to taste)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 tsp Maldon salt
Notes
Optional add-ins - Chopped toasted walnuts, raisins, cinnamon - anything you’d add to a chocolate chip cookie!
Too Sticky or Too Dry? - The dough should be a bit sticky and easily form into balls. If it's too sticky, try adding more protein powder. If it's too dry, add a little more almond milk or sunflower seed butter. To make rolling the balls easier, slightly dampen your hands.
