Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin

Directions

  1. Mix together the garlic powder, Italian seasoning & salt in a small bowl. Set aside.

  2. Pat dry your pork tenderloin and rub the oil all over, then rub the spice mix onto the pork tenderloin making sure to get all sides.

  3. For Thawed Pork: Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Place pork tenderloin in the basket & cook for 25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. For Frozen Pork: Preheat air fryer to 330°F. Place your frozen pork in the basket & cook for 35 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. For either frozen or thawed pork, the time will vary depending on your air fryer so use an thermometer to check the temperature at about halfway through the time and adjust the timer accordingly.

  4. Remove the pork from the air fryer and allow the pork to rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing into rounds. Enjoy!

  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Notes

Leftovers - Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or make this a freezer meal – put the cooked & sliced pork tenderloin into an airtight container or a freezer bag & freeze up to 3 months.

Serve it With - warm apples, half a roasted sweet potato or rice & a green salad; or make it a low carb meal - serve it with cauliflower rice & sauteed spinach with butter.
