Deconstructed Devils (aka Lazy Devils)
2-10 ingredients · 5 minutes· 4-6 servings
I have a confession to make. I am very lazy in the kitchen. And I also love a good deviled egg.
But the part where we have to reassemble the egg is too daunting for me. It’s too much work & mine ALWAYS look like someone dropped them, scraped them off the floor & threw a garnish over to hide the mess.
If you can relate, you’ll want to bring these Deconstructed Devils to your long weekend parties this summer! Adapted from Nom Nom Paleo’s life-changing Lazy Devils recipe, they’ll be a hit! And will take you sooo much less time & tears to make than the traditional ones!
Party snacks don’t have to set you back on your health goals. This snack is rich in healthy fat, protein & topped with detoxifying & gut health superstars like broccoli sprouts & kimchi.
Directions
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise as evenly as possible & set them on a plate or tray.
Spread each half with guacamole or mayo (roughly 1-2 tsp depending on the size of your eggs & your preferences).
Add the rest of your toppings! These are best eaten that day. And yes, it’s that easy!
