Blackberry Mojito Mocktail

Let’s talk about alcohol. I am not going to tell you that you must abstain from alcohol to live a healthy lifestyle. But to be your best self, I do recommend keeping your intake to a minimum.
This is something I’ve been working on for years. And I have found it important to focus more on what you’re adding vs removing, similar to an elimination diet. So, for me, it’s important to have something special to sip on if I’m skipping cocktails.
This Blackberry Mojito Mocktail feels special, tastes delicious & is super simple to make! And as an added bonus, blackberries are rich in vitamin C which is needed for collagen production. So sipping this mocktail will help to keep your skin & connective tissues strong & toned!
Directions
Add all ingredients except the soda in a cocktail shaker & muddle until the berries are broken up.
Fill the shaker halfway with ice, add ¼ cup of the soda & shake until well chilled, about 15 sec.
Strain evenly into 2 glasses filled with ice. Top with the remaining soda.
Garnish with a lime wheel, berries or mint & enjoy!

Notes
Switch it Up! - Use raspberries instead of blackberries.
